In-Kind Donations

Making a difference in the lives of survivors.

At Hope & Healing Survivor Resource Center, we believe in the power of community support to bring hope and healing to survivors of trauma in Medina County and Summit County, Ohio.

Your generosity helps us provide essential services and resources to those in need. Thank you!

Amazon Wish List

Our Amazon Wish List is updated weekly and serves as the most accurate reflection of our current clients’ needs. Order items off the list, and they’ll be shipped directly to our shelters for those in need!

Gently Used Items

At Hope & Healing Survivor Resource Center, we are grateful for the generosity of our community and your willingness to support survivors. To best serve the needs of those in our care, we kindly ask that clothing donations adhere to the following guidelines:

Accepted Donations
New Items Only:
Leggings
Sports bras
Underwear for all genders, ages, and sizes
T-shirts and sweatshirts
Pajamas

Winter-Specific Items:
During the colder months, we will also gratefully accept like-new coats and boots in excellent condition.

Gently Used/Like-New Household Items:
We gladly accept gently used, like-new household items and small working appliances to support the survivors we serve. To ensure these items can be used immediately, we kindly ask that they are clean, in good working condition, and neatly boxed before being brought to our facilities. Your thoughtful preparation helps us efficiently distribute these items to those in need.

Why We Have These Guidelines:

Due to limited storage space and staffing, we are unable to organize and store large quantities of used clothing. This policy ensures that our survivors receive high-quality, practical items they can use immediately.

For survivors with more specific clothing needs, we are fortunate to partner with wonderful community organizations that specialize in providing a wider range of clothing options.

Thank you for understanding and helping us provide essential items to survivors in the most efficient way possible. Your support makes a difference!
