Circle of Hope

Gather. Give. Grow Hope.

Host an Event

Making a difference in the lives of survivors.

Hope & Healing Survivor Resource Center invites you to be part of something powerful.

Circle of Hope is a community-driven fundraising and engagement program that brings people together to support survivors of sexual assault and relationship violence in Summit and Medina counties. Whether you gather with friends, coworkers, your place of worship, school group, sports team, or civic organization, your Circle can make a meaningful difference.

When you form or join a Circle of Hope, you are doing more than raising funds. You are building a community committed to ending violence and strengthening survivors on their journey toward safety, healing, and empowerment.

What Does a Circle of Hope Look Like?

There is no single model. Your Circle can reflect your passions, relationships, and resources. Your Circle can be one-time or ongoing. It can be small and intimate or large and public. What matters most is the shared commitment to survivors. Here are a few ways people are participating:

Giving Circles

A group of individuals commits to pooling financial gifts over a defined period of time.

  • A group of friends each contributes $50 per month for one year.
  • A workplace team pledges a collective annual gift tied to a company milestone.
  • A faith community hosts a special offering to support survivors.

Impact Gatherings

Host a small event in your home, office, or community space to introduce others to Hope & Healing.

  • A coffee and conversation with friends.
  • A lunch-and-learn at your workplace.
  • A book club or discussion night focused on healing and resilience.

Shelter Supply Drives

Organize a drive to collect high-need items for survivors and families accessing emergency services.

  • Hygiene and personal care kits.
  • New bedding and comfort items.
  • Children’s supplies and school essentials.
  • Gift cards for groceries or gas.

Creative or Community Fundraisers

Turn your talents and networks into impact.

  • A birthday fundraiser or personal challenge campaign.
  • A charity fitness class or team tournament.
  • A school-based awareness and fundraising week.
  • A holiday giving initiative in place of traditional gift exchanges.
